Anthracite coal

Ahmed Coal Corporation offers top-grade Anthracite coal known for its high carbon content, low impurities, and superior energy efficiency. This type of coal is often referred to as ‘hard coal’. It is shiny and hard, usually jet-black in color. Anthracite has the highest calorific value among all coal types, making it very efficient as a fuel source. Ideal for applications in the steel and cement industries, Anthracite is the cleanest burning coal available, ensuring optimal performance and reduced environmental impact. Due to its high heat output and low smoke production, anthracite is often used for residential heating, in metallurgy (like steel production), and in multiple water filtration systems.

Steam Coal

We provide steam coal for power plants, offering reliable heat generation and consistent quality. Sourced from trusted suppliers, our Steam Coal ensures efficient power production, helping you meet energy demands with confidence. Steam coal has a relatively lower calorific value compared to anthracite but higher than lignite. Steam coal usually has a moderate carbon content, ranging from 45% to 86%. Its appearance varies from dull, dark brown to black.

Bituminous coa

Bituminous coal is the most abundant type of coal and is the most commonly used for electricity generation and industrial purposes. Our bituminous coal is highly valued and most supplied for its versatility and high heating value. Due to its high demand in both the power and steel industries, it is a dependable source of energy with balanced combustion properties, making it a practical choice for a wide range of industrial applications. It has a carbon content usually ranging from about 45% to 86%, depending on the grade. This type of coal has a higher calorific value than lignite and sub-bituminous coal but lower than anthracite.
